Install a 7 day programmable thermostat. It automatically increases and decreases the temperature in your home during the times you are there and not there. It can even be programmed for vacations. They cost about $100.00 at your local home store. Install one for each thermostat you have. If you're handy, you can probably install it yourself. Make sure you follow the manufacturer's directions for installation and operation. If you don't feel comfortable doing so, then contact a qualified licensed heating and air conditioning contractor.
